The space: This home is a duplex split into two vertical units—you’re booking this entire private unit, including your own private roof deck. The garage is a shared space only. Sleeping setup: 2 king bedrooms + sleeper sofa, plus an optional air mattress for larger groups (max 6 guests).

House Rules

We can sometimes allow events for an additional fee of $250. This must be approved by me beforehand and we strictly enforce guest counts.

Guest Access

You have have access to the entire beach house, including parking. Parking (please read) Garage parking is included. The garage is a large 4-car tandem-style garage and also stores our golf cart. Back your car in on the opposite side of the golf cart Park so the driver’s door faces the middle of the garage (keeps doors in the center and prevents dings) Please pull all the way in and do not block the alley at any time Need parking for a second vehicle? We may be able to accommodate for $40/night with advance notice (subject to availability).

I had an amazing stay. The property was amazing and had a beautiful view of the city. Clifton was a great host and was always responsive when I needed. I would absolutely recommend and I would stay again.

Had a great time, great host! The rooftop deck was a great feature. l would definitely recommend this place. You can walk just about everywhere, or use the bikes available which is a very nice gesture to include.

Great location w gorgeous views from the kitchen and rooftop. We really enjoyed being in this multi-level home where we were able to enjoy Long Beach much more than at a hotel. Kitchen is well stocked and we were quite comfortable. Bedrooms are large and lovely. Would definitely come again.

Clifton’s place was perfect! Beautiful views and great location. Everyone on Long Beach peninsula was so friendly when we were out walking. Andrade’s restaurant was delicious and right across the street. Would stay again if we ever make it back this way!

My friend and I enjoyed our short stay at the Long Beach Peninsula duplex. The place was huge and clean and the beds were comfy. The beach was a block away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Driving is not a bad idea and your parking spot is included. Once you are here, we recommend walking, UBER (at night), biking or e scooters are great ways to avoid parking which can be tough.
