Shankton Beach House — Belmont Shore Peninsula. A prime peninsula location steps to the sand and marina, with an easy beach walk to the bars, restaurants, and shopping on 2nd Street. Come for the beach days—stay for the sunsets. Why you’ll love it: -Two king master suites (both en-suite) with Thuma king beds -Private rooftop deck with dining + 360° ocean / bay / city views -High-end OLED TVs, room-darkening shades, and comfy bedding -Fully stocked kitchen with cooking basics, nice pans etc.

The space: This home is a duplex split into two vertical units—you’re booking this entire private unit, including your own private roof deck. The garage is a shared space only. Sleeping setup: 2 king bedrooms + sleeper sofa, plus an optional air mattress for larger groups (max 6 guests).
House Rules
We can sometimes allow events for an additional fee of $250. This must be approved by me beforehand and we strictly enforce guest counts.

Guest Access
You have have access to the entire beach house, including parking. Parking (please read) Garage parking is included. The garage is a large 4-car tandem-style garage and also stores our golf cart. Back your car in on the opposite side of the golf cart Park so the driver’s door faces the middle of the garage (keeps doors in the center and prevents dings) Please pull all the way in and do not block the alley at any time Need parking for a second vehicle? We may be able to accommodate for $40/night with advance notice (subject to availability).

Driving is not a bad idea and your parking spot is included. Once you are here, we recommend walking, UBER (at night), biking or e scooters are great ways to avoid parking which can be tough.
