A prime peninsula location, this beach house is just steps to the sand, marina (boating!), and a beautiful beach walk to the hip 2nd Street area of Long Beach complete with world-class restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Enjoy unforgettable beach days, great food, fun bars, and breathtaking ocean sunsets.
Good to know
The house features 2 large, furnished master suites with en suite bathrooms and king size beds. Enjoy top-notch bedding, linens, toiletries, coffee and more. A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with basics and ready to use. The unit also features a roof deck with a dining area, nice outdoor furniture, and 360 degrees of sweeping ocean, bay and city views.
House Rules
We can sometimes allow events for an additional fee of $250. This must be approved by me beforehand and we strictly enforce guest counts.
Other Details to Note
Please clean up after any pets and do not allow pets to relieve themselves in the alley. Please stop ahead of time for your pets take a quick break if possible.

Neighborhood
The peninsula area of Belmont shore is known for excellent beach’s, excellent water quality and clean air from the Pacific. There is a small liquor and convenience store around the corner and an excellent brunch and lunch stop 3 min walking away. Additionally, Whole Foods and Gelson’s markets are 0.8 miles away and can be easily delivered via app. 2nd street, with many bars restaurants, shopping and more is 1 mile away and everything is now open!

Driving is not a bad idea and your parking spot is included. Once you are here, we recommend walking, UBER (at night), biking or e scooters are great ways to avoid parking which can be tough.
