Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

This home is beautifully appointed, clean, spacious and in a magical part of the world. Looking out on both sides to see water from the rooftop deck was amazing! The kitchen was loaded with equipment, the garage was spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable! Our stay was short but I would’ve loved to stretch out and stay longer! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Clifton and his Co-host were very communitive and responsive. The property was very comfy and had many amenities that made it feel like home. Clifton went out of his way to help us upstairs with our luggage when we arrived, very helpful with recommendations to eat. The property sitting in between the bay and the ocean, we enjoyed the bay side as it was more family oriented, quite, very easy to walk to and very clean. We would definately recommend this property, as these types of properties are hard to find so close to the beach and to have an exceptional host too was a bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

This place was absolutely incredible and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was blocks from the sand and the water. There are amazing restaurants and coffee shops just a short distance away. The rooftop deck was unbelievable with 360 degree views of the city and the ocean. The place was immaculate with huge flat screen TV's in all 3 rooms and comfortable king sized beds. A++ across the board! Clifton was helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend this place more!

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

We would stay here again and again. Very quite but close enough to lots of things to do. 2nd and 4th street was great with awesome food and fun Pubs. People were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Belmont Shores. Clifton was so helpful and responsive. He showed up to help us carry luggage up stairs and when we had a little trouble with our lock, he came quickly to fix it. The place was nicely decorated with quality furniture (comfortable beds) and quality appliances. I would stay here again.
