Belmont Shore
Belmont Shore is the sliver of land at the tip of Long Beach — a real neighborhood, not a resort. Walk to the bay, walk to the ocean, walk to 2nd Street. People who live here stay for years. Jasmin is one of them.
LGB airport is 10 minutes away. LAX is 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. The parking situation is genuinely easy — Peninsula includes 2 dedicated spots per unit, and street parking is available on most blocks.
July and August are peak — families, surfers, everyone. September and October are better. Fewer people, the same water, the same light.

Co-founded Shankton with Chris nearly a decade ago. Peninsula is the West Coast anchor — the property that started the California side of the portfolio. Runs the collection year-round across both coasts.
