The area
On the bunk room: The top-floor bunk room has ceiling fans but no A/C. It's designed for kids — cooler at night with the breeze. The four main bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Nicaragua has occasional power outages. WiFi is available and we keep connectivity reliable. We'd rather tell you upfront.
