The area
On the bunk room: The top-floor bunk room has ceiling fans but no A/C. It's designed for kids — cooler at night with the breeze. The four main bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Nicaragua has occasional power outages. WiFi is available and we keep connectivity reliable. We'd rather tell you upfront.

Born and raised on Ometepe. He knows the surf forecast, the chefs, the road conditions — because they're his home. Available to arrange anything from a private chef to a fishing boat. Has managed Tower since before it opened.
Co-founded Shankton with Chris nearly a decade ago. Runs the collection across Nicaragua and California. Both coasts, year-round. Tower was the first property in the Nicaragua collection.
